Our programmes are designed to suit each individual client, taking into account your fitness level and goals ranging from beginner to advanced levels.
We offer an outdoor-based training system that combines Boxing, High Interval Training, Circuit Training and Strength Training. This system is designed to help you achieve your fitness goal and a leaner and healthier body in a supportive environment.
Our classes range from individuals to small groups of thirty people maximum.
