  1. How do I sign up?

    We recommend you register online HERE to secure your spot. You may also contact us to schedule your registration in person.

  2. I have tried everything to lose weight and get fit but nothing seems to work. How can you help me?

    Most people expect miracles and give up too soon or they have not chosen the right fitness program. We all lose weight at different paces – you are an individual.

    We help you find ways to work your body to maximize fitness and weight loss as well as provide you with nutrition tips. One of the reasons we train as a social group is to keep people coming because it is fun and not a chore.

  3. I feel very self-conscious in gyms and don’t like them. What can you do for me?

    This is a common complaint many people have. They go to a gym and compare themselves to others who have been training for years, or they do not know how to use the machines properly and risk damaging themselves.

    This is why we train in social groups – do you care what your best friend looks like? We don’t think so and your friends feel the same about you. They want you to be happy and healthy – and the benefit is that while you’re having fun you are gaining all the benefits of a professional fitness program and not risking injury by using machines.

    You also have the choice of gathering your own group of friends and we will tailor a program just for you.

  4. I just can’t seem to find the time in my busy day to fit anything else in?

    We understand, life seems to get busier and busier. However, even though you may need to get up 30 minutes earlier than usual to make that extra time for exercise, the benefits are you will become so much more productive you’ll end up having more time in your day!

    Remember, exercise activates the brain and enables faster problem solving, more focus, reduces stress and eases depression.

    Also note that because you will become fitter, you will end up having more stamina and endurance – all you need to do is take that first step and you’ll soon see the benefits!

  5. How much time does it take per day?

    Give us just 45 minutes, 3 times a week and you will start to see and feel results in just 2 weeks, that’s 135mins out of 10,080. If you can find the time, at Gallanty Fitness, we promise you’ll be glad you did.
