You will be required to bring the following items with you:
- Water bottle
- Exercise Mat (Yoga Mat)
Participants should make sure you are wearing:
- Comfortable running shoes
- Running shorts, leggings, light tracksuit pants or workout shorts
- A T-shirt or singlet
- Towel
